You're gonna need a lot more builds to get accepted. Also, the detailing on the exterior is basically only one thing, which is the indentations, which doesn't really contribute to the build as a whole. If you need any tips or tricks for structures, I'd be happy to help you.

Some elements look extremely reminiscent of Grian's video...

Also as @FlubbyB stated, it's hard to judge someone based solely on one build. Try making a portfolio of builds, or even an entire town/landscape.

Nice, you will need more than one house to get accepted though.

There are, as with anything else, rules for building.
The most solid of these rules is that your frame must ALWAYS be on the outside of the building, rather then being integrated in the wall.

Another thing to think about, is that your window is not as large as it can be, which leaves lots of empty space that gives a boring vibe. Expand that window!
    Nice build though!

Sorry to say it, but to get accepted you need a lot more high quality work. There needs to be a LOT more detail in the walls and roof. You should also make something a lot larger than this. Something that shows a lot of different skills such as terraforming, custom trees, and detailing in structures. A good example of my own work that showcases all these things:

If you took inspiration, just remember that Grian's houses are his houses. I'm not entirely assuming you only watched his to make this. I suggest building your own and just establishing a style that's comfortable with you. Also, if you're applying for the CT, remember that there's a distinct style of detail, not too much detail but not too little detail, with a (mostly) balanced medieval palette. This isn't for all builds, but for some.

Also, take some time to actually build passionately. It seems like you just built it for the sake of the application. I'm not sure if that's correct, but I'll assume partly. Just build to your content, improving and improving. I suggest possibly building towns. Not just one small town with 3 houses, but 2 or 3 towns, each with 3 to 6 houses, with quality trees and good terrain. Whilst you're building, if you want to seem well rounded on all categories, start with terrain first, and make it fluent. Improve trees, don't even touch the bone meal, and make them look like trees that could actually be in real life. Build houses after terrain as well; it'll be so much better. Improve on the shaping of your roofs and improve on your originality.

Going to inonre the fact that this has become a racist insult some how.

As far as my likes go, i believe that all sheep were created equal. And that they all will end up as my stew.

I'm gonna be honest, the colour looks a little.... blunt. The spruce wood all around really doesn't fit.
