    Why won't it let me into the Decrepit Sewers, I am high enough lvl and I accepted the quest that has you enter it.

    If you have finished the quest and want to do the dungeon, You need a Decrepit Sewers key, you get them by killing key guardians which spawn in areas the same level as the dungeon.

    If you're stuck on the quest because it wont let you in, you don't go into the actual sewer, you go up the stairs to the right of the entrance.
