Please Help: Can't Continue The Quest A Journey Beyond

Hello. I was going the quest "A Journey Beyond" and I died at the very start of escorting Aledar and now I can't get back because I spawned back in Olmic City. I tried getting the head and chest again to draw out the worm (which was not there), but both mobs wouldn't drop them. I also tried switching servers, /kill, /class, etc. I looked at the other forum posts and youtube and most said that there was a right click to restart escort thing or they just respawned at the beginning of the escort dimension, but none of those happened to me. Please help!

 

You may want to submit this as a bug report (unless there is a solution).

 

Escorting Alder in the cart? because if that's the case a reset button should be sitting on the path to Lutho

 

There should be a restart button around somewhere around the coordinates 688, 90, -405.
Have you tried going around that area yet? if not then you should most likely be able to restart the escort from there
