Please Accept/deny My Gm Applications, Other Stuff

I originally sent this in a conversation with Salted and a few other GM's, but that was almost a week ago, and I have had no response in both the conversation and application process thingy. I decided to go public.

My GM application was been sent months ago, my first one which still has no response, was sent about six months ago, I get that you have like two hundred applications, but honestly half a year should be enough to review most of them. This is also a request to make the applications a higher priority. but also to send a response regarding my applications.
This is not a hate thread.

If you do not get a response, it probably means you are denied.

Didn't the applications get reset some time ago?

Think of Wynncraft as a company. We hire new employes as we need them, and no more or less.

Salted, let's make him out as the HR manager, decided that we do not need further applicants, and stopped looking at them.

Anyhow, I am sure Salted has his reason not to accept any people at the moment, and it's up to us if we want to respect that.

 

Would the company not then send out a notice, informing people of that?

 

That would make sense. But that's up to the Board of HR to decide.

Perhaps they should get someone who wants to be on staff the responsibility of notifying who got rejected or accepted.
Mostly just a volunteer position, if the staff aren't able to notify the applicants themselves (they shouldn't have the time, since they are always making new updates :D)

 

Whenever we have at least 4 people who voted 3 or less on an application, they get denied and receive a notification.

However, we do not have enough people to deny anyone because, as you said, we are too busy with the FREAKING UPDATES HYPE HYPE! ;D

 

And cursing and getting angry will do what to your chances of getting accepted, no matter how good or bad you are?

etc., etc., etc..

I have no problem with you saying what you think. None at all. I'm not part of the content team. It just seems to me that given the option of shooting myself in the foot, or not, I'd rather not. You, apparently, don't care either way. Good luck with that.
