Playing a lot of Wynncraft has broken my brain and now I'm an MMO gremlin

So before 2022 or smth I'd only played Wynncraft on and off for like 10 years. My highest character was level 50 and I hadn't got further than Llevigar Plains. But around the release of 2.0, I finally got into the game and got a mage to 105, before turning it into a light bender when 2.0 released. I stopped playing for a year or so because I got bored.
In 2020 I decided to pick up The Elder Scrolls Online because I really liked the first person nature of Wynncraft and other MMOs didn't do it for me. I put around 100 hours in before putting it down in December 2020.
Last year I came back to Wynncraft during the double xp weekend (entirely coincidentally, I just fancied playing it and there happened to be a dxp going on). I got another mage to 105, this time arcanist, did a ton of lootrunning and got loads of stx, and spent them all on winter crates to get tons of cosmetics. Well clearly this play session broke my brain! I'm currently taking a break from Wynncraft until the next update releases so I decided to play ESO again (obviously I'm playing a mage, I'm such a spellcaster I can't get enough of it). Something clicked in my brain this time though and now I'm hooked, I love the MMO structure and everything that used to not interest me before is incredibly engaging to me now. I'm doing professions, crafting my build and figuring out spell combos, min-maxxing armour and weapon stats and enchants, doing all the quests I can and actually paying attention to the dialogue instead of skipping through it all. I've never enjoyed an MMO this much aside from Wynncraft, I couldn't get into WoW or Black Desert Online at all, but ESO is just doing something for me that I can't describe.
I think it has something to do with the first-person perspective, the other top-down MMOs just feel much more disconnected from your character and the world, but in first-person I feel much more immersed. Plus I have an FPS game background (tf2 and overwatch) so I feel more comfortable controlling those types of games.
Thanks Wynncraft for finally turning me into an MMO gremlin so I can have this completely unique online experience that I wouldn't have been able to have otherwise.
