    Why is there a bank but no Emerald merchants? Why is there an EnderEye frame but no Item Identifier? Please fix.

    There's a quest there, and mobs on the island that some people probably use as a grinding spot.

    I've only been to that island twice. Once for the quest, and once for a guild war. Most people rarely go there, so it doesn't need that much.

    There was an emerald merchant and an identifier there before Gavel. That's probably a bug
