Ping Spike on 1.19.4

ok Welcome thank you for taking the time to read this.
so I have issue on 1.19.4 whenever there is an animation interact with chunk it just spike my ping to 10k+ from 100 to 10k+ ill explain so I have good PC really good run every game fine Minecraft 1k+ fps good connection 100ping so the lag start on some places like the open of fallen factory gate toxic slime cave (toxic creeper gate) the fall of spikes at corkus steam cave
TNA void room any gate opening and when a shaman place a totem it just lag no please don't say fps bad PC I have over 1k fps the ping spike to 10k so everyone freeze and I can move / fly/ nothing register as I got a quick connection death it happen every time only when I play on 1.19.4 so I been using 1.12.2 just fine but the new loot running update since wynntils on 1.12.2 barly get an update and I believe it been discarded on 1.12.2 I am locked to 1.19.4 where I have this issue things I tried (playing on vanilla / resetting setting / patcher (mods for performance) I used it to kill every particle in game it still doesn't help at all I got all mods to fix stacking connection issue also no use I also debloated fabric still nothing I also did /toggle ghosts none and /particles off
it did help on 1.12.2 but on 1.19.4 it don't help at all PLZ HELP
