   Hi, I just identified an item I hadn't seen before, called a "Perfect Quartzite Wand", written in big, rainbow letters-is it valuable, or should I keep it?

   it's a wynntils feature
   
   when your item's all id's are max it will display as perfect and be in rainbow
   
   and that weapon isn't very great
