   A use for AIC? :O
   
   Peaceful Rest's attack speed allows it to take advantage of the mana steal on AIC without resorting to Atlas, thereby allowing the use of Synapse for an additional damage boost.

   that dosn't go up to 129 int because theres olny 4 int left to assign. replace darksteel ring with dia hydro to make 129 int(sp tight).
