    Where is the best place to get these two items? Just wondering. I've been loot running around Cinfras for a while now and no luck.

    Ok. Do they have a lower drop rate than other rares? I can't seem to find any and I feel pretty confident in my loot run..

    Yea they seem to drop quite rarely compared to other rares and legendaries.
