Uh-oh...

This is by far overdue in my reply, but I've been super busy drooling on myself on my new couch
...and playing Gavel...

The build has been put to...
rest.
Don't get me wrong; I LOVED working on it.. but...
You see, the server I was building it on... er...
Died in a pit of flames, agony, and 6-week-old really bad rum?
Yeah, we'll go with that.
The server was run by one of my friends, and he allowed me to use part of it for my building.
And then he ran out of funding.
He would've been able to save the world file, but the thing is is that the server had a LOT of plugins on it... and when the server died, it removed all of the plugins along with it, and that corrupted pretty much every other chunk.
So yeah.

I'm gonna leave the original post here, though...
so in future years when I'm (hopefully) on the WynnCraft build team,

Outlawed Camp

Ruins / Camp Themed

So, this is my first ever build that I'm posting on the WynnCraft forums!
Crazy, right?
What this is supposed to be is a camp hastly set up in some ruins by a small group of outlaws, just after they stole some low-value goods from a nearby village.
I'd like as much feedback as possible, because I want this to become a very good first WynnCraft-inspired build.

I like it! For the tent, you could make some of the fence appear on the top of it to show the "stakes" went through the tent to support it

I don't know about more tents. It's supposed to be only three bandits, and one tent would suffice.
I did forget sleeping bags, though...

it looks alright, but perhaps replace the lime wool with a diffrent color, such a bright color doesn't fit in in a build like this.

 

with a bit of work on the tents it could look great, well done!

 

I think you shouldn't use 6-sided logs in this case. Just plain logs would work better I think.

Yeah, that was a problem with the tent.
I wanted to find a darker shade to replace the lime,but the wool colors just don't exist. :(
Maybe make the tent just dark green and brown?

Will do! The shape of it doesn't exactly please me, so I'll be adding more fine details, like more supports and carpet to texture it.
Plus, there is the coloration, like stated above, that doesn't work too good with the theme of the build.

That's a good idea. They are logs, after all. Shouldn't look too fancy.

Dark grey wool tends to look well with brown and green wool, perhaps try that.

You could make it a little bigger and some cool outlawed style with trees or some thing like this...

Maybe, by following Grian's tutorials, you could make this a dense forest, with this camp inside of it. It would give more of an atmosphere, making it look good.

Update on revision No. 2
It's taking a bit longer than expected, so I'm gonna leave it for the night because my brain's getting fuzzy :P
I've been going at it for about 1 1/2 hours straight, so... Yeah.

This is it so far. Looking good in my opinion :)

Working on it now! Also, keep in mind that I literally cobbled the entire No. 1 of the build in like 20 minutes, so I'm surprised on how good i did.
