    I would like to know if I can get an orange wybel from a tier 1 crate. I am a VIP plus so I can daily t 1 crates.

    Orange Wybel Tokens are a Godly tier item, so yes. You can get them from T1 crates. You can get any tier item from any tier crate; it's just that you get a better chance of a higher tier item with better tier crates.

    Yep. They apparently refresh every 12:00 AM, or 0:00 in 24-hour time, regardless of what time zone you are at. This also happens to your daily cosmetic chest, but not your daily loot chest.
