Mage/Dark Wizard Help Orange Wybel Build

Is there a mage build that can solo Orange Wybel kinda easily without mythics and preferably no dungeon/Hive items? I already have a Bonder so I can use that if I need to.

 

i can solo wybel (as far as i know) also what lvl are you what kind of budget do you have?

Level 100, not really a budget but just no mythics/legendaries with godly IDs.

Now This build reqs at least 38 str 63 int 38 agi 5 dex 5 def - you can put rest of the point in anything (i prefer in agility and water)
- 11,5k HP
- Bad elemental def at Thunder and Air
- dmg is around 4,5-6,5k
- You must use 1/2 tokens from QH ;/ (Moon Pool Circlet and Lighting Flash)
