Archer/Hunter Help Orange Lily Agility Build

After using Morph for ten thousand years, I finally got fed up with it and decided I need a build for my Hunter. But since I'm completely clueless about class build, I'm asking for help :D My favorite bow is probably Orange Lily so I'd like to use that, lots of damage because archer :D But I don't want to die instantly so lots of agility would be nice (mostly so I can duel wield Gale's for the WS); speaking of which, I hate negative walk speed so please dont add that ;-;

30k arrow storms, 13k bombs, 7/4 mana regen (with Oily), 1 cost storms and bombs, 129 intel (so that Gale’s also has good spell costs with the build), about 700 ish life steal.
When using the rest of ur sp, put 10 into intel to reach 129 intel (so Gale’s gets 2 mana bombs), put 5 into agility (so you can actually use Gale’s), and put the rest into strength (more damage). You could also put the rest into agility if u feel like it.
You could use Silkweb Mail instead of Vacuum and Moonpool Circlet instead of Draoi or Olive as a more life steal alternative for 1 less mana regen and less damage. However, if you want more lifesteal, I would advise getting yourself an 800 life steal Stinger (bow you can get from Orange Wybel boss altar) so that when u need to heal, you can switch to Stinger and use normal attacks to get around 1500 health per lifesteal activation.
The gold versions of the LI accessories should work fine so if you can’t get the diamond stuff, it should be fine.
When searching for items, prioritize Spell Damage over attack speed tiers on Aphotic. A thing to note is that for many builds, -8 attack tier Aphotic is actually better than -4 attack tier Aphotic. This is because slower attack speeds are more likely to trigger lifesteal and mana steal. Slower attack speeds also take less shots to charge up powder specials.
When searching for an Ex Nihilo, first prioritize Life steal, then spell damage %. If you don’t care about your Survivability as much, you could prioritize spell damage % first.

If you’re unable to get any of these items, just say some restrictions and I’ll alter the build to fit.

I would also wait for other people to pitch in other builds so that you get a wider scope of viable builds you can use.

 

Not really, I want this to be the strongest it can be because I'm going to use it as my end game build.

This looks really good :D And the items don't seem too much of a pain to get. And smart about the stinger, didnt even think about that lol.

One thing tho, I don't plan on using Gale's for damage, just for the extra WS for mundane movement so you don't really need to put any focus on that like you did. Are there any changes you would like to make because of that? Maybe to get more agility while keeping the spell costs for Olily? I personally would want at least a 50% dodge chance if that's possible as playing archer against fast bosses is pain because of CCI.

I'll likely only be using Olily and Stinger for LS. And thank you so much for telling me what to prioritize as I am completely clueless to class building as I have said before xD

 

As a Glass Rainbow Archer main, I value the idea of multi wielding a lot hence why I often like bringing up the usage of Stinger as a sustain weapon for builds that lack sustain (Survivability). I also value the idea of having multiple weapons for mobs that have different elemental weaknesses and so I think that having Gale’s as an air damage secondary and not just a walk speed bow would be pretty beneficial. However, if you don’t feel like using Gale’s as a main air damage bow, I would say to put the 10 sp that was put in intel into strength for more damage. You could also put them in agility as you said for more dodging chance but I personally find damage more appealing. Agility may be a good idea for Oily since Oily lacks Arrow Shield spam ability. It’s about preference.
Even if you allot the 10 sp into strength or agility instead of intel, Gale’s could still serve as a good air damage bow, it’s bombs would cost 3 instead of 2.

Also, I realized you don’t like negative walkspeed so when buying an Ex Nihilo, you should probably look for something with at least 16% walkspeed since Vacuum can at worst give negative 16% walkspeed.

When searching for a Vacuum, first prioritize mana regen. 2/4 mana regen on Vacuum should be fine for this specific build but it’s better to have a 3/4 mana regen one so that you can use other builds that use Vacuum.

For Olive, prioritize spell damage over earth damage.

Edit: The build also supports Return to Ether and Torrential Tide. I probably wouldn’t get them if you don’t already have them but yeah, that’s a thing ig. RtE might be good for you since it gives +44 agility, walkspeed, and 3/4 mana regen (at max) when holding it. Ttide is a bit redundant due to Orange Lily but still could be used as a water damage only bow with cheap arrow shields.

 

My Gale is pretty bad as it's like, 30% overall; just good WS so I probably won't use it. And yeah, since I won't be able to use Arrow Shield, I'll likely put them into Agility.
