Optimising for XP Bonus?

I recently spent a while (and far too many emeralds) Leveling up Jeweling to level 59 and getting 6 ancient coins because I wanted to make a ring with at least like 30% XP bonus - only to then realise I didn't read the ingredients properly after noticing my ring had 1 durability.

What other ways can I optimise for permanent XP Bonus? - I assume 30% on a single ring won't realistically be possible but what is? (i.e. not scrolls or potions or something)
