6x Luminescent Ink would result in about 240% sp regen, and it is also craftable and easily replaceable

and that's w/o lunar charm boost

20-24 Strength, 12-32 Dexterity, 16-28 Intelligence, 20-24 Defense, 12-32 Agility, 3/4s Mana Steal -205s duration

I think I did that correctly (if effectiveness doesn't affect durability)

Spoiler: Explanation

Started with the stats of one of the Aquatic Beauties, then multiplied that by 3 (Since there's three) (including -dura which came to -210s duration)
Then, added the +ms and +dura from the 2 Unsettling Souls which came to -160s duration since (-210)+25+25=-160
Then, multiplied all the non-dura numbers by 1+(1/3) for Lunar Charm effectiveness so the 2/4s became 2.666.../4s ms which is rounded to 3/4s ms
Then, added the -dura from Lunar Charm (-45s) so (-160s+(-45s)= -205s duration.
Damn, maybe my math class is useful.

If I were you, I might swap out an Aquatic Beauty for another Unsettling Soul for better duration (and it'd also have 4/4s ms which would be neat)
