One thousand meters under. Quest bug

I did the quest "one thousand meters" and when I reached Rontaid I was supposed to get the recipe, but he didn't give it to me and I can't go further because the teleport doesn't appear
I tried the command /kill /fixquest did not help me

 

Recipe? There is no recipe-related thing in One Thousand Meters Under quest. (Or I'm blind and can't read the wiki)

What you need to do after talking to Rontaid is continue the path North side from the Rontaid NPC, go there until you teleported back to crash site

To access back The Void simply enter the submarine thingy in Ahmsord


EDIT:
I re-read the whole dialogue, There is infact a "Recipe" (that proven I'm blind, thank you)
But pretty sure you can get it back by talking to the NPC again, or simply continue the path first (sometimes quest gave you back the item you supposed to have on a quest, i dont know if that works for this one though)

 

I watched three videos on YouTube, each one gave out a quest item. And further down the road it doesn’t teleport me

I talked to him again and it didn't help.

 

It seems the quest is definitely bugged right now, since like seven other people are reporting the same issue that both you and I are having over in the quests bug report thread!
