I made a music! Keep in mind that I don't know everything about music and that this is a work in progress. Criticism is appreciated too.

The drums are REALLY loud. And also the beginning melody is pretty cool, with a dark theme, then it sorta turns into a bright happy piece. Then back at 1:20 it's dark again. It's almost like they're two different pieces. But yeah, turn down the drums and I definitely like the dark part way more than the weird bright middle and ending.

    "Turn down the drums"

I may be dumb but this is nbs and I dont think it has great volume control

I would agree on your second point a BIT

I wouldn't call it dark and cheery, but I would say that they are very different,
Honestly I like both of them a lot but I think doing them both in one song is not the best idea.
Each section each has their own strengths that I feel would work better if fully developed in two separate songs.

Like honestly from 1:20 It could legit be the start for an entirely different song and I wouldn't notice, it's that big a change.

HOWEVER both things sound fucking amazing.

I adore the snare? I think part at 0:20 thats just great and then the following chords just fit perfectly well.

The other section has a sort of darker dare I say.. jazzy? Tone that is VERY nice as well, I can totally imagine this for a bunch of wynn areas.

This is a absolutely amazing piece of music, but like the other dude said splitting this into fully fledged songs would probably be the best option for you to go for, unless you manage to transition the sections a bit better, the current Ternary form is nice, but the last A section is a bit short and the transition from a ----> b and b----> a is a bit sudden and doesn't lean in too well

    So yeah, either
    A. Make 2 songs out of this [Would LOVE to hear these]
    B. Make the transitions between the two a bit nicer, and extend the last portion a bit

Either way this is some absolutely great music and I would love to hear more of this stuff, if you could tag me for your future work I would come running.
    ----------
Edit: if you want more stuff for me to go into greater detail I would be glad to nitpick individual sections, keep in mind im not a good noteblocker and only play instruments and have never tried composing something, so take what I say with a grain of salt

    Edit Edit:
Fuck me now I know why the beginning sounded so familiar

    no? just me...
    :(

I can agree with this after listening to it again.

Yeah it was supposed to be kind of jazzy.

    Ok

Well, it is a WIP, but I couldn't agree with you more.

    I'll try.

I would put more but I don't want this to be too long. Thanks for the feedback!

this would work a lot better tho if you knew more about music theory, you didn't break each section up into beats and bars so some stuff sounds off

Doesn't matter too much What I noticed from noteblocks is that even with phrasing stuff and such the notes all sound a little off for some odd reason.
if you listen to some of the current wynncraft songs they have the same issue

I like the drums up until the 1:15 mark. It doesn't feel too much and it makes it sorta hype, but the rest is really loud and is very distracting. I really like the music though. Definitely should split this up into 2 songs, or even 3 songs at the 2:00 mark. I'd love to actually hear these in-game in the proper scenarios. 0:00-1:15 would be great for general adventuring or a huge city, I could see 1:15-2:00 being a hella good hallowynn quest song, and 2:00-2:32 just makes me think of the path up to a boss fight, and if continued, it would kick up and get more intense once you got to the boss room. Amazing work!
