Any Class One Morph Set To Rule Them All

Hello one and all, I'm here to ask about the morph set and it's potential on the 5 classes.
I'm working on a challenge, get all classes to lvl 100 and beyond starting the next class after defeating Bob and going back to all to finish to 100. And on top of that, I'm gonna (probably) do a Bob's weapons with element specials as well starting with thunder assassin and trying for earth mage because I heard the earth special with mage is OP. And I just wanted to know if morph-set would work for this play style or if I should just find some random armor pieces with spell buffs. Recommendations are highly appreciated and suggestions on whether or not the element gimmick is good or not. Please and Thank You.

i have no idea what you just wrote but morph set is good enough for most things

Earth special with mage is not op
