    I want to make an olympic build hovewer, most of the builds use boreal so I can't make them (can't afford it right now). Is there any alternative build which doesn't use any high-cost mythic boots? Thank you in advance!

    Sempiternal = Budget Boreal just swap it in in any build you found so far and that should still do the job (not the same ofc but its sufficient)
