    Is there any possibility of transfering my data and ranks to a new account since my old account which I used from 2014-2020 Has just been locked away and I am completely unable to access it anymore?

    Not sure what else to say, other than while this is technically possible to do, it's never been done for other people with this problem just because there's a lot of issues involved with doing this.

    You should be able to get your ranks/store bought items transferred if you have proof of purchase and such by emailing [email protected], but not your levels, classes or items if you can't trade them over.
