Ok I Think I Missed Something

So I was in the middle of a quest and I went into a cave right next to Tenraves (Cave at: 860, -1570). A cutscene played of a man blowing himself up and opening up a cave. I thought wow that's cool, I'll come back and look at that later and so once I had finished the quest I came back, but the cutscene didn't play leaving the entrance to the cave still shut tight.
So what's going on here?
Is this just a one time thing?
Do I have to make a new class to see it or is there another way in?
Did I miss something?
Is there a wiki page or more information on this?
