NPC and player skins doesn't render

I'm playing with wynncraft plus(lite) and all the npc skins are not rendering, its just as i was playing without resource packs or smthing. Already tried reinstalling the minecraft and playing on vanilla, the problem stays there. When i relaunch the game i can see skins of npcs and players, but when i go out of my render distance they become default
