Not receiving any crates

    Hi everyone.

    I am not receiving any of the free crates I checked out with on the store.

    It says it was successful in game and the animation pops, however, nothing ever shows in my inventory and the pigs never come with the crates.

    Any ideas on how to fix or work this out?

    Bumping for visibility. Missed out so far on 6 crates and would like to avoid this moving forward.

    you do not receive your goods in your inventory. they are in a separate gui: try /use or /crates for case of crate purchases.

    you should also receive a message about your purchase, which is the case and should appear in your CRATE GUI, not inventory.
