• At least +75% health regen
• At least +200 health regen
• At least +5 Defense
• At most -18% earth damage
• At least +2/4s mana regen please, but I won't be too strict about this one

All other stats are irrelevant. I'll pay at least 7LE, and maybe in other items, like T4 powders.
