    Might be dumb for this but every time I track it and go to the location and even beyond to the Wynnter fair I can’t get it

    Ha! This is the only time of year you CANNOT get the discovery! In normal year, the north lusuco is just an area above the great bridge which is through a fast travel in lusuco. However, during the FESTIVAL OF THE BLIZZARD the wynnter fair is there instead. Go there in 2 weeks and ur good
