    You can buy it at the Nodguj Island's weapon merchant, and as you have to have done the quest that requires going there to use it anyway, you may as well purchase it yourself

    Second hand does not exist in wynn either the prices goes down due to it flooding the market, or they sell it upwards of what they bought it for
