No Xp From Tower Of Ascension

I (level 98 mage) just completed the quest Tower Of Ascension, and I know it's late, but I haven't got the need for it, and I have been very frightened, because how hard it was when I did it around level 40-45. Anyway, now I have done it, but when I went to receive the reward, got the 8 liquid emeralds, I got the champion set, but the XP, the bar didn't move and I didn't get any new quests.

Is this a bug, and if so, how do I fix it?

 

Tower of Ascension is originally a quest done for a specific level ie around level70-80 and since you did it so late the xp just got cancelled since u did it late

 

Yea, that is a bug. It doesn't matter what level you do a quest at, or how long you wait to complete it. Please also keep in mind that at level 98, it takes 11,585,600 xp, while ToA gives around 900,000 XP. The bar may have just moved a little and you didn't notice.

 

The reduction of xp is only if you completed it below level 75ish. The problem with completing it at a higher level is that it has diminishing returns. At level 98, it takes about 11.5 million xp to go to level 99. ToA gives .975 million xp. So, that’s about 8.5% at level 98. The percentage would go down further the higher the level that you complete it. To verify you were given the xp, you can check your log to see the rewards given.
