    I mean, it might be ok if you put a lot of the spare points into intelligence to reduce spell cost as it does have some mana regen and steal.

    Hmm, if you were to put 100 into str, it would increase the poison and give it extra dmg which might make it more effective. Putting 100 points into dex would help increase the chances of a critical which is another bonus. Also, get some sleep.
