No items in bank

I recently revisited wynncraft and to my surprise all of my items in my bank were gone. It was like the bank data was brand new; I had to repurchase new pages, I'm combat lvl 37 with tons of over-leveled gear fir when I could use it, not to mention the amount of money I had saved in the bank (3-4 stacks of emerald blocks). This is discouraging me to keep playing.

 

They introduced character banks in the latest update. It defaults to the character specific bank instead of the shared bank now, but you can switch over to the shared bank with the little button on the right side of the bank.
