Assassin/Ninja Help Nirvana Build

Hey there, guys. Finally made it to 97 today so I could now use my Nirvana, well... if it didn't require 110 intelligence.
I haven't got enough items myself to use a good build, and I really had no clue what to start with.
I'm not looking for something special, feel free to share your suggestions on this thread and comment on others' ideas. Would be awesome though if it didn't require top tier stats because I don't want to spend a lot of emeralds on this.

Swapping Aquarius for Soulflare and Gold Solar for Moon Pool give you similar mana, with only a net loss of ~300 dmg and an additional 500 more HP. Your thunder defense drops slightly (nothing powders can't fix) when swapping though. You can't really get this build tankier.

Put thundetr, earth, and air powders on your armor to counter -defenses, or put 2 t6 waters on all your armor to have concentration, and try to make up for the -defenses afterward.

Is there any build I could use with level 97 already? Some key items are level 99+ :/
