I mean the build is good at around lvl 70 but at the same time if your lvl 70 you might not be able to do all the dungeons so idk how wynn intended us to use these items

 

Look at it this way
45% spell damage
30% melee damage

 

i use helm and chestplate in my endgame water warrior build so idk :P

btw id reccomend the full set with vaward for leggings, prism for rings, nebulous for bracelet and diamond fusion for necklace
for skill points id go intel or defense

 

aren't there better options though

personally i dont even recommend using the full set most of the time
also im a water build god its my specialty idk much about others :D
