Nii and Corrupted Key Guardians

I am level 75 now and new to the game. I am getting into doing the forgary dungeons and I am really enjoying them. I have a few questions about the spawn rates of the Nii Guardians and the different dungeon key guardians. The Nii guardians are a rare but I struggle to find them a lot. I am also finding key guardians for the decrepit sewers and infested pits but not any others despite what the wiki says about the Corrupted Lost Sanctuary Key Guardian not having a spawn locations. I am basically looking for some more experienced players to clarify this for me.

CDS key guardians are in Kander
CIP key guardians are in Light Forest
I believe CLS (ctls one day ...) are in Cinfras County
CSST key guardians are in COTL
CIB key guardians are in MH and Corkus
CUR key guardians are in MH and Sky Islands
CGG key guardians are in Sky Islands and SE

If you do Raids you get the broken keys from the reward chest as well

Thanks for the info FlyingNon. Is there a guide that I can refer to when attempting raids. I know that raids are one of the highest forms difficulty when it comes to MMO content.

 

Just run Nest of the Grootslang, it's pretty easy get to 85 on archer and here's a build.

In general, its more efficient to buy broken keys and runes of the trade market, or find a dungeon bomb bell.
