New Update Love

So, I haven't played Wynncraft in a while, anyone who's known me for a long period of time knows that I play in bursts. But every new update has always invigorated me with new love and passion for this server. And with this new update, it's even better. Not just one, but multiple updates and changes fans have been begging for since the game first launched and we're finally getting them!

I'm so excited and really just want to make this post to genuinely and completely thank the dev team for putting the time and effort needed to make this server better with every update. And while there are some concerns about the new rank, I think it's worth it for the absolute level of new content added with each big new update.

Wynncraft truly is special in quite a whimsical way!

 

Agreed. It seems they're doing so much right this update. Even in less obvious ways, like strengthening the community aspect of the game with 4-6 player raids, housing n' chill and more people potentially getting into guilds. Also some of the building is beautiful, like what we've seen of the Light Realm, the cool fragments of a colossus in the void and other stuff. Am super excited and happy with what we know of the update.

 

This really does feel like the update that includes is giving the community what it wants most.
1. Guild fixes and more guild features.
2. Raids have been wanted for ages (or the return of swarms, but this looks better).
3. Housing has been a meme for so long, but it looks like it's being done right.
4. Gavel is finally getting the love it needs with remakes, overhauls and revamps.
5. Realm of Light redo. This speaks for itself.
6. A purpose for the pointless/under-used areas (Statue of Colossus, Void etc.).
7. More content in Corkus!
8. Black Market scrapping.
9. More Major ID's and fabled items.
10. Secret discoveries in Gavel.

And I'm sure there's much more, too! But these are all things which have been needed/wanted for a while!
(Side note: They'd better get rid of fricking quest helmets. If they do, I'll consider the world a better place)

This was my exact thought. This feels like the community update. Things in this update have been at the top of the suggested tab for years now, always thought to be a dream. And now it's a reality. It's incredible, really. (Also dear god PLEASE remove quest helmets)
