I guess the ??? quest is also in harder places than only for lvl 80 more like lvl 100 because one of the rewards is a bracelet for lvl 99. u can see that at the item guide.

 

That isn't a reward. Altum Spatium was the old reward and Pandemonium just has the ??? Quest requirement.

 

It's not because it has a quest requirement that it significate it is from this quest, a lot of items are like that

 

The braclet was in the game before the update, and it wouldn't be a reward since you can get it from chests and mobs.

Seeing as one item for Yahya's house is a shroom from the Sky Islands, this is common knowlegde.
