    When ??? gets remade will I lose the xp I got from it until I recomplete the new quest, keep the xp but not get any from recompleting it, or keep the original xp and get it again when recompleting the quest.

    you don't lose exp. You will have the chance to get more exp from the new one.

    I don't think so, the level is only affected when the xp from a quest is buffed

    What Baze said, you'll keep your old xp and be able to gain new xp from the revamped quest.
