    So... When I was using WynnApps I found this:

    And also I found this guy in Cinfras:

    Coordinates of the village are -350 -5400

    To my knowledge, it was a removed quest.

    But why would they put a citizen in the Gameplay Update that talks about this quest?

    One possibility is that they're planning on re-adding the quest in a later stage, or some how integrating it into the Gavel Storyline

    The Dojo quest was once removed; it was reworked and added in with the Gameplay Update. It's possible that this could happen again.

    Alternatively, it could just be a random atmospheric NPC.

    Because there are literally two towers there. Doesn't matter if the quest is there or not.

    The 2/2 line the NPC says i think is said a few other times by other NPCs... i think at least, maybe that's an NPC that is there to hint quests when that line is said?

    If only i can remember if i had seen that line said by an other NPC...
