Mage/Dark Wizard New lvl 105 Mage build needed

Hi I need a new build for the current meta (my current build is a singlu Tstack so completely outdated)
The only thing it should not include are crafted items and Preferably no glass cannon builds.
Things that should be included are good mobility and a good mix of bulk and damage.
For archetypes no preference just something that works well.
Mythics are fair game but maybe also suggest some builds that dont make me go berserk on my LE reserves.

Quetz is supposedly super cheap right now, so this should actually be a fairly inexpensive build compared to what a decent one would’ve costed 2 weeks ago.

My Arcanist enjoyer build (just solo'd EO with it w/ hp pots. no idea if this is even 'good' anymore but on AUS ping, pretty nice). I am not a builder -- this is literally just my current build that I enjoy

I'm not sure if wanderlust is even the best since I already have contrast on, but walkspeed hehe. Mana is a bit low admittedly (it's fine but you just gotta be a bit careful) -- you can swap out Wanderlust with Libra, and then use a moon circlet for better mana regen + sp in intelligence for ultimate spell spam.
