New Iphone Issue, With Viewing Forums

In the last week, they redid the forum so that on my iPhone the "menu" tag hangs over the top left of the screen all the time.
Now my problem is, if I view a thread, and then go back to the thread list page, for some reason I can no longer scroll up or down. It won't shift position.
I can view another thread that is on the screen, but to scroll through to the top or bottom of "questions" or "Wynncraft" I have to reload the page. This happens consistently, its not an "every fifth time" thing.
Am I missing something? Do I need to update my IOS? Is this a new feature I don't understand the benefit of?
I'm not sure this is really a Github bug, so I'm asking here if others have experienced it.
