Speculation New Brothers?

Maybe we are looking for the wrong brothers? Although many people thing it is the Yayha brothers, whom the last quest related to, I speculate this quest belongs to the seaskipper brothers. If you look at all the dialogue from the seaskipper, there is one particular line that says something along the lines of, "When my father died, my brothers inherited all his wealth, while I got this little boat..." I'm not too sure but this might have something to do with ???, because this is also a new addition in the update
