    You can just rename your old account at the website.
    If you don't have access to the account, then you can't prove it's yours.
    Either way, mods aren't allowed to do that nor have the power.

    If you're talking about transferring your individual character levels and progression over, that will not be done by the admins, and cannot be done by normal players.
