Nest of the Grootslangs Lag?

Hi, just did the nest of the grootslangs for the first time the other day and it was barely playable. I turned my particles all the way down and my render distance down but it didn't seem to help. Anyone have any other suggestions? Would love to run it more and actually be able to help progress through the dungeon.

 

If it was fps-lag then that is your computer struggling on that certain task it was doing, if it was lag as in my spells are casting a minute late that is simply wynncraft lag and cannot be fixed. (Or it is your internet.)
