Mage/Dark Wizard Help Nepta Build Pls

Okey so i just got a nepta and i want a good build for it
Im currently using it with intensity
Moon pool circlet , nebulus, royal stormy, Capricorn (i also have memento), vaward , aquarius , albacore
I would like if you could either make a build using some of these items or improve it .
I got no li items and only 1 hive item but i would like it if you can stay to the intensity

I tried to make none of the elemental defenses negative, but there is -21 earth (powder can be used to nullify it)

Switching vaward to dark channeler gives 10k meteors at most.

More damage, more elemental defense, less health, but just because of the Prisms.
