Negative Id's

Could someone tell me what negative Reflection, negative Thorns, and negative Explosion do? All the other stats are kinda self explanatory, except for these 3. I know what they do normally, I just don’t know what happens when they go into negatives.

Fairly sure they do nothing

 

Last I checked, they made ranged enemies heal themselves, melee enemies heal themselves, and gave you a chance to make mobs implode.

Ok, so here is what I think happens ...but someone else will have to explain what "Exploding" does coz I don't know ....
Any positive stats carried by worn gear (thorns, reflection, exploding) will be negated or reduced by the amount of these negative stats.
But if you don't have these positive stats, the negatives do nothing in these areas to your overall stats.

LoL .. i did notice ...just yanking the chains! But in case @TheDesk did not get his answer ..plus I really would like to know what the stat "Exploding" does or how it is activated. ...thanx!
