Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need Water Mage Lvl 66 Build!

I've heard that I should get kartke, but idk what else to get. Please list where to get the items for the build!

 

Dude, listen. You DO NOT need to have a build at lvl 66, you'll outgrow your build REAL fast and as such it simply isn't worth making one under lvl 80-90.

pure (But I'm assuming you got no pure and can't get no pure, so I'll say: cerid's dynamo)
Put powders of the highest tier possible on cerid's dynamo.

As for the powders on the armor, idc.

68 points in intel
35 in agility
15 in defense
15 in dexterity
rest in strength

I still do not suggest you to use this though.

(max mana regen = 7)
(max mana steal = 8)
With 68 points in intel, your spell cost will be halved. 7 mana regen is basically enough to infini-spell. That mana steal is a REALLY nice addition, though.
