Need to Transfer Ranks

So I can't use my previous Minecraft account because I can't migrate it and don't have the email or transaction id for it, is there any way I can switch my characters over or at least my ranks to my new account while I try to search for the previous account email and id? I still have the receipts for everything I've bought on Wynncraft store for ranks and stuff on the email I still use. Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask btw I haven't been on in a while

Yep, email [email protected]. Store bought items can be moved over but unfortunately not characters or items.

 

Very well, Thank you. One more question, if I'm successful in finding everything for my old account and migrating it will I be able to move all my ranks back by any chance? I'll attach all the email receipts to the email I'll send to the support.

 

Just a little curious but how long does it take for [email protected] to email me back?
