Buying Need stealing on bracelet

Hey!
I'm making a build and i have keepers ring with it, and need a bracelet with stealing, all the vanila stealing bracelets have like 6% at max and the only crafted one on market costs 100k emeralds, way out of budget.
Could i get someone to craft me a stealing bracelet that wouldnt cost a crazy amount? I don't need to have perfect or 50+ percent or anything.
Currently have 7.5 Le, I don't know how much this would cost

unsure how much goblin trinkets are but they probably arent too expensive

 

That seems plenty good for me, but now there's the issue of only level 40 jewling, I can't really do this myself
