Need lvl 75-80+ Assassin build

So I'm wondering if someone has a good build for said lvl range. I'm looking for high melee dps (can't do a spell build because my computer is crap and there's a delay for casting spells), low ehp is fine but nothing absurdly low. If the build has items in the early 80s that's fine, I can work towards that soon.

As of budget I have 15 le right now and i could get more by selling my current build, so I think I'll
be able to afford most stuff at this level.
