Mage/Dark Wizard Help Need Improvements (Warp&Lament LR)

I made this mage build for lootrunning only. Looking for any improvements to gear or skill tree. Can't post a link as I do not have 10 posts yet.

While the DPS is great when playing arcanist, my HP Regen roll is bad, and I die too quickly even with pots or HPR gear. Switched to riftwalker and have Lament as an offhand (thus the 110 points in Intelligence) to heal and mana steal, but EHP feels awful and DPS mediocre. I'm not a fan of it but would lightbender be better for lootrunning over riftwalker?

Looking to prioritize Warp so if the HPR problem can be fixed somehow, I wouldn't need lament as an offhand and could slot more points to something like DEF for survivability.

10 STX budget, so should be able to afford any build besides a better warp. Thanks in advance!

It’s a tp spam build with mana steal that kinda works like a mini lunar spine or an old, old assassin black build with the amount of mana u get from chain lightning.. heh.

This won’t work in 2.1 by any means though.
