Need Help With My Water-air Assasin Build

What items should i use at level 75 for that build?i don't know good items :/

 

A good idea is to probably wait until level 80, then you get Rewind (legendary water dagger)

some good items may be
spectre - lv 65
gale's freedom - lv 87 OR millenium - lv 63
crystal - lv 69
passus lux - lv 73

 

Leggings - Greaves of Honor
Helmet - Spectre :D
Chestplate - Cloak of Luminosity
Boots - Sodeta Boots
Weapon - Chakram

is it good?for now it is going very good for me

And i want to focus into agility,cause walk speed,and water cause i love to spam spells

so i need a build that haves:walk speed and high mana regen,including too damage bonuses

One last thing,where do i get the passus lux and the gale's freedom?
